Please note, if you work for a Dutch organisation in the Netherlands or for a Dutch organisation in France, please, register as a Dutch participant! Only participants who work for foreign companies in France, should register as a French participant.
Sector focus
We particularly recommend the participation of public & private sector representatives active in or interested in the following sectors:
- Automotive: smart vehicles, clean vehicles (especially propulsion technology and lightweight materials) and battery-powered vehicles (including production, recycling and testing;
- Life sciences & health: innovative medical techniques to improve healthcare and make it more efficient
- Foodtech (food processing industry): solutions such as artificial intelligence, photonics, blockchain, internet of things and robotics.
During this physical mission representatives and specialists from the aforementioned sectors will share their knowledge and insights with you.
For French companies
French companies are invited to participate in the Matchmaking Event and the Cocktail Dinatoire on 4 April 2023 in Lille. The Matchmaking Event and Cocktail Dinatoire offer the opportunity to meet new contacts and to explore new business opportunities. For more details, visit Agenda in top bar.

Costs
For French organizations, the participation is free of charge.

During this mission, we will open the conversation with various counterparts from France on aforementioned sectors. The programme of events holds various seminars, discussions and 1:1 matchmaking sessions (For more details about the sector programme during the mission, visit the RVO website).
Registration
The deadline for Dutch companies is January 20, 2023. A maximum of 2 people may participate per organization.
If the registration period is extended, participation in tailormade matchmaking is not guaranteed if you register after January 20, 2023.
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) considers it important that participants fit in with the structure and substantive focus of the mission. Registration and the automatic confirmation of receipt therefore do not mean that you are automatically admitted to the trade mission.
You will receive a final confirmation after the registration period has closed.

Costs
Paricipation fee for this mission is € 500 per Dutch organisation, with a maximum of 2 participants per organisation.
Please note that tailor made matchmaking can only be offered to Dutch organizations who register before 20 January 2023. A maximum number of participants for tailor made matchmaking applies. Register quickly for this mission to optimize your chances on having tailor made matchmaking.
You always have the option to schedule 1-on-1 appointments at your own initiative via this platform, even if you have not registered for the tailor made matchmaking.

RVO considers it is important that participating companies fall within the aforementioned structure and thematic focus of the mission. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important aspect of this (for more information, visit CSR). Registration does not automatically mean participation in this mission.
