A matchmaking session is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 1:1 meetings of 30 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
For this mission there are 2 types of matchmaking:
- Tailor-made matchmaking for Dutch participants, organized by the Enterprise Europe Network
- Matchmaking on your own initiative (for every participant within this platform): opens on 27 March 2023
How is this matchmaking performed?
The Enterprise Europe Network partners receive your contact details, confidential answers to the matchmaking questions and your public market place profile from the mission organization and will work on that basis for you. If necessary, they will contact you directly if they have any questions regarding your provided information. The Enterprise Europe Network will send you a proposal by email for potential matchmaking arrangements that match your needs. You can give feedback on this so that we can make adjustments if necessary. If you agree with the suggested matches, approximately 4 matchmaking appointments (per country) will be scheduled for you.
Matchmaking on own initiative
The B2Match platform enables participants to search for potential partners themselves and to invite them for 1:1 meetings which will be scheduled by the B2Match tool and will take place onsite in Lille.
As from 1 March 2023 this facility to book meetings on own initiative through this platform will open for all participants.
How does it work?
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and whom you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
5) At the event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
How to request a meeting?
